DW Products utilizes the latest technology in dimensional measurement equipment. The Keyence IM-7000 is the next generation of optical comparator. This system can measure up to 99 dimensions just by dropping a hand full of parts on the table and can do this with 100 different part numbers just by the press of a single button. With a measurement area of 300 x 200 mm, the IM-7000 has a repeatable accuracy of +/- .002 mm and can automatically calculate Cp and Cpk.
