KEYENCE TECHNOLOGY
DW Products utilizes the Keyence IM-7000, an advanced instant measurement system that represents the next generation of optical comparators. This technology provides fast, repeatable, and highly accurate dimensional inspections without complex setups. With a measurement area of 300 x 200 mm, the IM-7000 can measure up to 99 dimensions simultaneously and recognize as many as 100 different part numbers automatically, making it especially effective in high-mix, high-volume production environments.
The system achieves repeatable accuracy within ±0.002 mm and generates results at the press of a button, eliminating operator variability and reducing inspection time. By automatically calculating Cp and Cpk values, it ensures statistical confidence in every production run while supporting strict quality standards. This efficiency allows DW Products to deliver consistent, reliable parts while maintaining the highest levels of productivity.
