Industrial Economist
📍Cedar Rapids, IA
Analyze industry trends, demand & pricing data to forecast workloads, revenue & material costs. Study economic & statistical data. Collect & analyze data. Conduct cost benefit analyses for production changes, expansion & equipment investments.
Evaluate impact of policies, market conditions & regulatory changes. Develop forecasts & projections. Prepare reports & summaries, present findings & analyses. Recommend adjustments to improve profit, efficiency & competitiveness.
Assess effectiveness & impact of company policies. Ensure accuracy, consistency & soundness in economic analysis. Translate complex economic findings for executives, engineers & managers.
